Dawn of Venus Main Characters UPDATED

The main characters of my upcoming comic "Dawn of Venus". Clockwise, from left to right: Brooklyn, Onyx, Damien and Dawn. 

This is an updated version of this image. The original colors I picked too dark and "muddy" and there wasn't enough vibrancy. And of course, I actually did some cel shading! Originally I was going to forego shading as a stylistic choice in order to save time. After all, making a fully-colored comic takes a long-ass time and you have to cut corners somewhere, right? Well, I'm no longer happy with that decision. I'd rather my comic represent the best visuals I have to offer, even if that means it will take longer to finish.

You may also notice that I changed the palette on the characters, most notably Damien and Onyx. Well... I simply wanted to give them a more realistic skin tone. Oh yeah, and I put some shoes on Damien because it fits his personality better. He's a fashionable dude who needs some dapper shoes!
